All about personal learning networks (PLNs)

Smart learners have always sought out mentors, but social media -- especially Twitter -- offer a unique opportunity. If you want to learn about a topic and know one or two people who you consider knowledgeable about that topic, you can seek, cultivate, and harvest knowledge from (and contribute knowledge to) a PLN.
