Big Person Clay

Now that he has graduated from pre-school, I'm graduating Kas from play-dough to air-dry clay. I made this little rocket ship to show him what can be done. We'll start with just making some shapes, letting them dry, painting them. There's something special about dealing with a tactile, three-dimensional medium that is missing in digital art or analog painting.
