André
Prochaska began hosting within months of signing on with AOL in 1991.
Over the next 6+ years he volunteered, trained and managed other hosts
and became a partner/provider with AOL.
Outpacing even AOL's frantic growth rate, André's communities maintained
a >high level of discourse and earned the reputation of being one
of the best >discussion centers on AOL. Ultimate proof of this was
being a Members' >Choice area (one of the top 50 areas on AOL),
every quarter AOL ran the >program in 1996 and 1997.
After a hiatus to work on his newly acquired old house and enjoy
first time >parenthood, he dived back into online community with
Lycos (1999-2001). >There he participated in another's online program,
and experienced the full >melding of boards, clubs and chat into
one platform.
Currently he's working with Innerworth.com to establish their online
>community on the psychology of investing.
