The space bar is the chat program used regularly by people who associate themselves in word or deed with Cyborganic. However, space bar participation isn't limited to the usual Cyborganic suspect. This is a chat area with genuine community; expected to be treated as if you just wandered into someone's house when you first enter. Don't be scared off, though -- if you feel like shooting the shit and can endure a few pokes ("Who the hell are YOU?"), you'll soon find yourself a part of an extremely well-connected community. Many space bar regulars live and work in close proximity -- log on at 7:00pm Pacific time and you may find yourself in the midst of a where-should-we-go-to-dinner chat. (Don't suggest burritos -- everyone had them for lunch.) Due to fine hosting and a core of people who really care what happens, space bar is a real time chat area with a genuinely excellent, warm vibe.
