Diversity University is one of the largest educational MOOs, with developed sections on most of the subjects you'll find in an analog university. Classes are taught on a regular basis on subjects such as psychology and writing. They've recently hosted an online gathering of DebateWatch96 following the presidential race. Join a room to discuss a favorite reading or work of art, such as Joyce's Dubliners, or go to Maud's Garden to discuss Anne of the Green Gables. There's also a mentoring group for librarians, and future events include a discussion on the implications of the Communications Decency Act for libraries. - T.H.
