Joanna Howard, based in the UK, works with organisations to help them tailor their working style to their desired business outcomes. She focuses on the learning and development required for transitions, using a down-to-earth approach based on real life experience and a wide knowledge of what works. The development of on-line learning within organisations to support personal and professional development is one of her major interests.
She works with small scale culture change, fast-track learning, senior team development and organisational development. Clients include: departments of international companies (eg CocaCola Netherlands, Boehringer Mannheim Europe, Volvo Car Corporation Sweden) and not-for-profit organisations (eg National Housing Federation, Youth Justice Board).
She has considerable experience in "training the trainers" and has worked in this field in the UK and internationally, including work in Poland and Slovakia.
