Janette Agg, PhD student and university teacher, has a background in software development and management of technology in financial institutions and other large organizations. She has particularly strong skills in data analysis, database design, information systems, education and training, and project management. Janette currently teaches information systems subjects in HCI, electronic commerce, project management and health informatics to both distance education and on-campus students. She has previously worked as systems administrator, message board host, chat facilitator and trainer for a number of virtual communities. Her formal qualifications are BSc, Grad Dip Computing, and Master of Management (Technology).
